Our Terms & Conditions

At Prism, we follow a structured and transparent workflow to ensure clarity and consistency in every project. Our terms and conditions are designed to protect both the client and our creative team, ensuring mutual respect and smooth execution.

1. Project Initiation & Meetings

• All projects begin with three structured meetings:

1. Discovery Meeting – To understand your brand, goals, and expectations.

2. Contracting Meeting – To discuss scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and final terms.

3. Onboarding Meeting – To finalize onboarding, transfer files, and begin work.

• Work will commence only after these meetings are completed and all terms are agreed upon.

2. Advance Payment Policy

• No project will begin without an advance payment.
 
• Typically, 50% of the total project cost must be paid upfront to initiate work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Scope of Work & Revisions

• The final deliverables and services will be outlined and approved during the contracting meeting.
 
• Any changes or additions outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
 
• Each deliverable comes with up to two rounds of revisions unless specified otherwise.

4. Turnaround Time

• Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon during onboarding.
 
• Timely client feedback is essential for maintaining agreed delivery schedules.

5. Content Ownership

• Full ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
 
• Prism reserves the right to use project work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• In case of cancellation by the client after project commencement, the advance payment is non-refundable.
 
• If Prism must cancel a project for any reason, the unused portion of the advance will be refunded.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

•  All client data, strategies, and sensitive content will be treated with strict confidentiality.
 
• Any sharing or publishing will only happen with prior consent.
